To assist every family - traditional, blended, singles, single-parent, grandparent rearing grandchildren - by planting seeds that will bear a fruitful harvest of souls for Christ to help each family member attain their full potential. By creating a network of support, this ministry empowers families to help themselves, to learn godly principles, to connect with one another, and to work in unity with other families.
For This Reason
Director: Ray Williams
“For This Reason” a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife (Genesis 2:24), this ministry is dedicated to restoring marriages. Meetings are in the home of Ray Williams on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. Call 713-455-6297.
Shepherd’s Ministry (For Couples)
Directors: Greg & Shay Fontenot
A home ministry that focuses on the needs of married couples meets at 7:30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays in designated homes.
S.P.E.C.I.A.L
Director: Evelyn Gibson
Single Parents Empowering Children Into Adult Leaders provides spiritual, mental, and emotional encouragement (on occasion, financial assistance) for single parents. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd Friday of the month, in the Family Life Center or other announced location.
